Kung Fu for your BBQ…

Ingredients
1 pound of Ground
1 heaping tablespoon fresh , chopped
1 tablespoon fresh
2 teaspoons Kosher
1 tablespoon
½ teaspoon Toasted
1 teaspoon
½ teaspoon
½ teaspoon

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Let pork mixture rest for at least one hour in your refrigerator so the spices can sink in.

Shape into thin patties and place on a hot grill.

Cook until done.
