		<description>I agree, chicken stock is an excellent staple to have on hand.  It is easier if you make it in large batches and freeze it.  I have also heard that some people put the chicken stock into ice cube trays, freeze it, then put the cubes into zip lock bags.  Makes for easy use and measurement.</description>

Just take the carcass, leaving whatever leftover bits of meat are clinging to it, and place in a pot with the rest of your chicken stock ingredients. Turkey stock is really perfect for making turkey pot pie with the leftover meat, too.</description>
