I love the combination of Peanut and Chicken in gravy chicken curries, will try this one too sometime.. Looks yummy and very simple..

Valli, yes for the most part I grill all winter also, just not nearly as much. The sauce is great with pork or used as a dipping sauce as well.

I need to fire up the “barbie”. Good thing I BBQ all winter long with the cooler days coming fast!!The sauce for the chicken would go well with pork as well. Excellent choice!!!
